SKILLS / PROCESSES:

With 20 years experience, we are able to offer a wide range of services including precision manufacture of metals, composites, and plastics as well as electronic assembly contract manufacture. Our dedicated and highly trained staff use state of the art technology to give you a superior product with industry leading on-time delivery.

  • Machine Equipment:  Precision CNC milling, turning, punch, shear, form, and stamping.  Conventional drills, lathes, grinders, and mills; engraving, stamping, forming, grinding, and Wire EDM.
  • Silkscreening:   We now have full service silk screening services in house, including artwork for film positives. Superb quality with quick turnaround. Experienced with military and government specs.
  • Design:  Support tooling, molds, dies, jigs, and fixtures;  Utilize QS9001-2000 as the standard for configuration control, designs, and manufacture IAW customer requirements.
  • Electrical / Electronic:  Manufacture electro-mechanical assemblies, build to print wire harnesses and printed circuit card design and assembly.  Printed Circuit board assembly equipment, manual and automated surface mount assembly, certified soldering, electronic diagnostic and test equipment.  Advanced surface mount printed circuit board assembly with "In-House" engineering, design, and technical support.
  • Hardware and Material Types:  Hardware, critical approved and flight certifiable, utilizing all types of metals and composite materials.
  • Special Processes:  Rapid Prototyping and reverse engineering of R&D and legacy type electronic and mechanical assemblies and subasseblies where there is little or no technical data.  Strong background producing Modification Kits and Installing MWO Kits in the field.
  • Castings:  Produce casting molds for in-house casting projects.  Subcontract the pouring / injection to DOD approved sources of supply.
  • Rubber Mold Injection:  Have a teaming agreement with a major rubber company to pour / inject our in-house jobs.  We produce the investment molds.
  • Sheet Metal:  Forming and Shaping "In-House".
  • Surface Treatments:  Cleaning, painting, and composites like Plastisol.
  • Welding:  Certified for all types of metals and composites to AWA, ISO, NASA, and DOD specifications and standards.
